At Avorra Homes, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A photo of the shipping label or packaging, if available

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, mixed, assembled, or personalized.

This may include:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • DIY products after materials have been mixed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging where packaging is required for safe return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Order Cancellations
